I had an incredible opportunity to sit down with River Poynter, wilderness guide, burnout recovery coach, and founder of Untamed, to explore how nature and coming home to holistic basics can awaken profound healing. River shared his sincere experience of overcoming chronic stress and depressive burnout and how he moved from being stuck and spiraling to reconnecting with purpose, presence, and the natural world. We dive deep into the spiritual and scientific layers of healing, the power of the law of attraction, and how even a moment of gratitude can become your lifeline.
